Patience Gamede is an established Human Value Creator, with a focus on rural development. She is a passionate and motivated innovator and the founder of Global Joint Council Of Business Communities a non-profit working human capital development within the rural community. Her work involves community outreaches and development, HIV management, and various research.

A Development Initiator
She has diligently worked in initiating community projects such as a multipurpose community center and community hospice. She has also contributed to a thesis on herbal supplements and an Invitro study for herbal supplements on HIV. She is the developer of the Sustainable Global Economic Development and Growth Model. The research on the model had her traveling and intimately studying different communities within Southern Africa in efforts to uncover the practical knowledge needed to have sustainable economic development, specifically in previously disadvantaged communities.
A Community Builder
In 2018 she returned to South Africa and began working with a remote rural community in the Province of Kwa-Zulu Natal called KwaCeza. Through her guidance, the first community Peace Treaty was established after decades of tribal feuds. Her leadership cemented the seeds of growth within the community members who have now dedicated themselves to projects such as the agricultural food security project and further training in efforts of bringing forward sustainable economic growth within the community

Helping Communites Sustainably Grow
In a remote rural community an opportunity to help establish food security strategies presented itself. Ms. Patience Gamede has layed the ground work by providing training and collecting resources to help drive the Food Security Programme.
